Refund returns
If you have purchased an item from our online store and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date (please see below for exceptions). Shipments received with visible damages or missing items must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date.
We only provide a full refund for unopened/unused products that are in factory-new condition and sold directly through our official website. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or returns for used products otherwise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For any return with missing parts (including but not limited to accessories, user manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packaging materials, and retail packaging), a full refund will not be provided.
Return Exclusions for Custom & Special Order Items
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for custom orders, special orders (orders placed with a manufacturer specifically for a customer), or wholesale orders. Special order equipment ordered from manufacturers exclusively for customers includes, but is not limited to, Keditec-related products, accessories, and consumables. Special orders must be paid in full and CANNOT be cancelled. Special order items CANNOT be returned; please understand that these items have low sales volume, and there is little to no resale market for returned special order items. It is the customer’s responsibility to research equipment details and features before making a purchase. Order cancellations may be subject to a 25% fee.
All digital items are non-refundable once purchased.
If we agree to accept the return of a used item, Keditec reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs. Items must be returned to us via a trackable shipping service. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued only after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your returned item. Keditec will refund the approved amount to your original payment method. Please be sure to include your order number and name with the returned package.
*Note: We cannot accept returns if the item has been used, opened, or removed from its original packaging (e.g., foam wrapping removed, tape torn off, or cables unwrapped).
If a return request for new/unused equipment is approved, a restocking fee and freight charges will apply, and the customer shall be responsible for return freight costs. Shipping and handling fees for such equipment are non-refundable.
No return will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item, you may contact our customer service through the following channels:

Any item returned to the sender due to an undeliverable address may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please retain the outer carton, manufacturer packaging, the item itself, and ALL packaging materials until the carrier’s claim process is completed. If you discard the outer carton or other packaging materials, the carrier may reject the claim due to insufficient evidence.
In the event of transit damage to the package, we will require you to provide photos of the damage before unpacking the product. The required photos include: images of the outer carton showing the damage, photos of the inner packaging materials, photos of the damaged item, and a photo of the shipping label/bill of lading on the box. If the damage is not readily visible, please mark the location of the damage in the photos and take a photo of the equipment’s serial number.
Please keep the outer brown carton, original manufacturer’s carton, the item itself, and ALL packaging materials until you have inspected and used the equipment and are fully satisfied with the product.
