Section 1 – Limited Warranty:

Keditec provides a 12 – month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Keditec is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.

Section 2 – What is covered

1. DTF Series Printers:

Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Mainboard, Headboard, and Powerboard.

2. Shaker:

Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Main Control Board, SCR Board, PLC Color Screen.

3. Printer Printheads (used with Keditec Ink):

Warranty Period: 3-6 months,depending on the specific product.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to defects caused by non-human factors during normal use.
• Warranty Service: Return the product for inspection. If eligible, a new replacement will be sent.
• Return and Replacement: Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product will be shipped upon verification.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or force majeure.
• Warranty Void: Warranty expires, tampered product, or damage due to misuse voids warranty.

Section 3 – What is not covered

The consumables such as powder, ink, paper, film etc. are not covered by warranty.

Please note that:

1. If you have any questions after the receipt of our Keditec products, please feel free to contact us via any online means and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.
2. The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
3. If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Keditec would not bear any responsibilities.

Shipping Methods:

1. Air Express Delivery (DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS/EMS) for small volume and light weight items like Ink, Film, Powder & Print-head
Shipping Time: 7-10 Business days to most countries On average.
2. Sea Transportation Door to Door for larger amounts of goods like Printers, Shakers, Sublimation Printer, Heat Press
Shipping Time: 20-40 Business days to most countries On average.

Tax:

Import tax and VAT are not included in the price. We will prepare the documents to assist on the custom clearance. More questions, please contact us.

Important Notes:

1. Shipping time is separate from processing or production time. Some equipment may have a lead time for production due to high demand.
2. If you purchase ink, powder and other consumables together with the machine, the machine will be transported separately from the liquid and powder according to the transportation policy, so the delivery time is not exactly the same.
