What is dTF's shaker machine?

A DTF shaker machine, also known as a DTF powder shaker, is a key device in the Direct to Film printing system. It is used to evenly distribute hot-melt powder onto the DTF film before heat transfer.
 
The core function of the DTF shaker machine is to form a stable adhesive layer by uniformly attaching the hot-melt powder to the surface of the transfer film through high-temperature melting and mechanical shaking. Its technical difficulties lie in temperature control accuracy and uniform powder shaking. If the temperature is too high, the hot-melt powder will agglomerate, and if it is too low, the adhesion will be poor; uneven powder shaking will directly lead to blurred transfer patterns and obvious color differences.
 
DTF shaker machines have the advantages of uniform powder shaking, adjustable shaking frequency, and ease of use. Some models are also equipped with functions such as automatic induction winding, exhaust gas purification, and powder recovery.
